REASON FOR ERROR:
This is usually the result of a Windows shortcut that executes the
program but outside of the working folder. In order for the Box
Office application to find its data files, the program working folder
must be the executing point for the software.
SOLUTION:
Right-click the Windows shortcut and click "Properties"
from the pop-up menu. Next, select "Program" tab. On the
"Working" line ensure that this is either C:\BOXPRO or the
drive letter that corresponds to your mapped network drive that
points to C:\BOXPRO on your server computer. If there is a trailing
backslash character "\" after BOXPRO, remove it. Some
previous versions of our Installshield Installer added that character
inadvertantly during shortcut creation.
